The LexiConn Quickorder Module creates a form that allows multiple products to be added to the cart based upon SKU:

Entries in the add to cart form are checked against the active products in your store, and only valid products are added to the cart:

Or, for a one-step add-to-cart process, the confirmation table may be disabled, and invalid products will automatically be removed from the add to cart form while valid products are added directly to the cart.
