1. What is a pointed domain?
A pointed domain is simply an additional domain name the resolves to your site and can be set up in one of three ways:
1. As a new domain name that resolves to the same directory as your existing domain (also known as a parked domain):
-- There is no extra charge for this type of pointed domain.
2. As a subdomain of your existing domain the resolves to another directory within your site. For example, if your domain name were abc.com you could add a subdomain such as subdomain.abc.com and have it resolve to a subdirectory of your choice.

3. As a new domain name that resolves to another directory within your site.
-- There cost for this type of pointed domain is $5 per month.
Email for this domain can be set to mirror your primary domain (for example, if you add domain xyz.com as a parked domain to your existing domain abc.com, email sent to john_doe@abc.com and john_doe@xyz.com will be routed to the same location) or all email for the pointed domain can be set to go to one mailbox at another location (i.e. anything @pointed_domain.com can go to your gmail.com address)
2. How do I set up a pointed domain at Lexiconn?

After you have found an available domain name, click the "Reserve Now!" button. After registering your new domain, be sure to to request your new domain be added as a pointed or parked domain to your existing LexiConn account.
