An Update from us on COVID-19

We wanted to update everyone on LexiConn’s preparedness for the current Covid-19 “Corona Virus” outbreak. We have taken every precaution to not only keep our employees safe, but to ensure that our network, servers, and services remain uninterrupted.

Fortunately, datacenters and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) like LexiConn are considered essential services. This allows us to continue operating without having to shut down or interrupt our level of service. The datacenter is fully staffed, and staff members are rotated to avoid close contact and to remain as safe as possible. Common surfaces are regularly disinfected – i.e. doorknobs, keypads, crash carts, etc… We do not anticipate any disruption to the high level of service and reliability you have come to expect from us.

In our support office, if we need to work from home, we are set up to provide our same level of service remotely, which includes phone support M-F 9-5 ET. Email and support desk support would also remain unchanged.

This pandemic will have long-lasting effects across many aspects of life and industry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
