No matter what type of web hosting question you may have, it’s likely we can help!A good portion of our day to day operations is spent answering client emails, and we pride ourselves on accurate and timely service. Many of you are already familiar with our support and what types of things with which we can assist. However, we also encourage our clients to reach out to us with questions, even if it might be beyond the scope of “hosting” support. After 23+ years in the hosting industry, we have seen just about everything, so even if something falls outside our area of expertise, we can often point you in the right direction, or to another party that may be able to assist further.
For example, if you are looking to redevelop or renovate your website and considering contracting the job out to a site developer, let us know. We would be happy to provide you with some references of folks that work with various platforms, including ShopSite, WordPress (WooCommerce) and Magento. By the same token, if you are considering investing in your site’s SEO, we can try to put you in touch with someone that best fits your needs. Search engine optimization has become increasingly complex, so completing an SEO review of your website is never a bad idea.
You or your developer may also wish to open up a demo environment to work in without affecting the live site, and we can assist with that as well. In addition to more “run of the mill” hosting requests, we can also assist with specific customizations to your hosting environment. The feasibility of some customizations would depend on whether you have a standard hosting account on a shared server, or if you have a VPS or a Managed, dedicated server, but we can make you aware of all of your options should questions arise. This would include items such as:
- Newer versions of PHP
- http2 support
- Perl module installations
- TLS 1.0 deactivation
- …and more
In summary, never hesitate to reach out to us if you’re looking for something website / web hosting related as we may have a solution for you!
