ShopSite Order Status Module now available!
LexiConn is pleased to announce the availability of our new Order Status Module for ShopSite. This module will work with any ShopSite Manager or Pro store, version 6.3 or higher. This module allows merchants to easily provide up to date order status information to their customers via their website. Features include:
- Full list of products ordered and address information
- Current status of order (received, shipped, backordered, …)
- Tracking number if applicable
- Comments to the customer
- Internal comments that only the merchant can view
- Email sent to customer when the order status is updated
The module integrates with your ShopSite store to automatically import orders into the order status system. The interface allows merchants to update order status and tracking numbers quickly and efficiently, and the system can automatically send out email updates to customers anytime an update is made to an order. The module also allows for the printing of multiple orders, one per page, from Internet Explorer or Netscape.
The software is fully templatable, allowing you to customize the look and feel of the Order Status pages. It can also integrate directly in the Customer Registration section of a ShopSite Pro 7 store. Customers can view an order by entering their order number and zipcode, or directly in the Customer Registration area.
The Order Status module is currently being offered at a special introductory price of $99.00, which includes the initial setup.
