We have found some great software and marketing companies to help us succeed. About eight years ago we were looking for a shopping cart that would be user friendly and robust enough to handle our type of personalizing business. We did a thorough search and comparison with other shopping carts and eventually settled on ShopSite.

    Today I am very glad we made that choice as we are still using it currently and wonderful software upgrades have happened along the way. It is a complete and user friendly software. When marketing a product, we use a mix of different methods ranging from ppc, organic search, email, affiliate programs, shopping sites, etc. Of course, like most businesses, Google organic search and ppc tend to bring a lot of potential customers. Shopzilla and shareasale have worked nicely for us as well.

    For our order management system (a must in our type of detailed business), we use StoneEdge. Bar none, for the price, nothing compares and it completely integrates with ShopSite.

    About a year ago we were looking for a new hosting company. We did a thorough investigation and decided on LexiConn. We never thought before that having a good hosting company would make a difference in our business. After all, the main thing they do is keep the site live, as that’s all my last hosting provider did. I was completely wrong and LexiConn has made a big difference in our business. LexiConn’s tech support is second to none. They have helped with ShopSite questions as well as other issues that have nothing to do with ShopSite, and my business has grown because of it.”
