A new feature has been added to the spam protection software. Users now can elect to have an email automatically deleted that comes from an address that is listed in their personal blacklist. Previously, the system would only tag these emails as spam.

This new feature allows you to list email addresses and full domains that you never want to receive email from. To enable this feature, log into the Account Manager, and go to:
Email Services -> Spam -> Modify Spam Settings

To add addresses to your personal blacklist, you may do so at:
Email Services -> Spam -> Add to Blacklist
You can add a single address, such as:
    big@boss.com
Or you can block all emails from a domain with:
    *@boss.com

If you do not have spam protection for your account, you may add it by going to:
    http://www.lexiconn.com/secure/additional.html

The cost is only $3/month, and it covers all POP boxes for your account. The spam software is continually updated to keep one step ahead of the spammers, and is quite effective at filtering unwanted spam. The software allows full customization of how to handle a spam email when it is detected.
