Urchin 6 Site Statistics

LexiConn is pleased to announce that we now offer version 6 of the Urchin site statistics software. Urchin is an industry leading web analytics software solution that analyzes web traffic for your website and provides accurate and easy to understand reports about your website visitors – where they come from, how they use your site, how many visitors browse your site, and more. You can review past data, generate reports for certain date ranges, and export the data in a variety of formats.

Urchin has several advantages over Google Analytics, which is a free product utilized by many site owners. Advantages of Urchin 6 include:

* More accurate as it reads the raw web log file for 100% tracking.
* Faster page loads as the JavaScript code is local to your account.
* No privacy issues for your data and that of your visitors.
* Data is only viewable by you, and is not shared/mined in any fashion.

ShopSite Urchin Sales Stats and ROI Module

In addition to the regular Urchin reporting described above, LexiConn also offers an enhanced statistics module for ShopSite Pro stores. This offering includes all of the regular Urchin reports, but also produces detailed reports regarding revenue data. Standard reports include number of transactions, products by revenue, products by quantity, and an in depth drill-down report for each item as well. Advanced reports and features include:

* Set up funnels and conversion goals
* Set up A/B split testing
* Geo-targeting
* Keyword Analysis (both organic and paid)

These reports can be extremely useful when trying to evaluate pay per click campaign effectiveness, or revenue by referrer in general. Specifically, the reports can tell you which sites are bringing in the most sales, or which keywords are resulting in the most purchases.
