Description: AllHealth Trends is an independently owned and operated national supplier of vitamins and dietary supplements. Wendy from AllHealth Trends states, “We sell high quality, in demand vitamins to customers from all over the United States while keeping our prices low and shipping costs down. Our inventory is constantly growing and expanding, staying on the forefront of the market.”

Technologies Used: Wendy continued, “We have a small store that serves our local community, while a large portion of our business is done online and over the phone. We recently updated our ShopSite website, renovating its format and appearance to make it more customer friendly and clutter free. We wanted to make it easy for our customers to find the popular products while also being able to see the wide variety of products and brands that we offer. With a little help from LexiConn once in a while (who are awesome by the way), ShopSite allows us to maintain our website without having to employ a full time webmaster.”

Advice / Tips: Wendy finished, “Our mission is that we value our customers and pride ourselves on our excellent service and quick shipping. We ship 99% of our orders the same day they are placed. If an issue arises with an order, our sales staff personally contacts our customer and works with them to provide an efficient resolution.

Many of our customers have been with us for years and our sales staff knows them by name as well as their regular order. This personal relationship with our customers makes them feel valued and connected even though we are miles apart. AllHealth Trends is an example that a store can be nationally competitive while still giving customers the one on one attention they would get at their local market.”
