We’re excited to announce our latest add-on module for ShopSite:

The Declined Credit Card Module

This free module integrates with any ShopSite 10 store, and provides merchants a great way to save a sale when a customer’s credit card is declined or an error occurs.

For every declined card or payment processing error, the customer’s full contact information *and* cart contents are recorded in the module in an easy to use interface.

Additionally, the module can automatically email the merchant and/or customer with customized text. The module allows you to put notes on declined transactions, assign statuses, and track issues and trends.
