The Mail List Module which directly interfaces with our website allows customers to sign up for emails we send out regarding specials or news on products we sell. These type of integrations allow for a better customer experience and staff experience.
Recently we started to use a product called Kayako Support Suite which has robust features allowing us to interface with the customer while they are on the website and open a live chat dialog. This has saved numerous hours of emailing back and forth between the customer and customer support. It also gives the appearance that you have a large staff available (which you may or may not).
