Since we had a small staff (none of whom had much web experience), we found ShopSite Pro was easy to configure with it’s intuitive browser-based interface.

With thousands of items to list we were able to configure our database program to export files that we imported into ShopSite to create all the Products and Pages at once.

Some of it’s other features that we rely on are the Real-time credit card processing (including PayPal and Google Checkout), Order Download in XML format (which imports into our Accounting software), Customer Registration and Order Status Module, Coupons and Gift Certificates.

Some of the other technologies we employ on our site are Scan Alert/McAfee, BuySafe, and Constant Contact for our monthly email newsletters.”
