Upgraded Hosting Packages

LexiConn is pleased to announce that many of our hosting packages now have increased allotments. The upgraded packages include substantial increases to the allotted disk space and bandwidth. Monthly fees will remain the same as they are currently. The new specifications are as follows:

Intro Account -
Previous allocation: 300 MB space, 10 GB monthly transfer
New specifications: 400 MB space, 10 GB monthly transfer

Basic Account -
Previous allocation: 750 MB space, 25 GB monthly transfer
New specifications: 800 MB space, 25 GB monthly transfer

Advanced Account -
Previous allocation: 1000 MB space, 40 GB monthly transfer
New specifications: 1200 MB space, 40 GB monthly transfer

ShopSite Account -
Previous allocation: 1500 MB space, 50 GB monthly transfer
New specifications: 2000 MB space, 60 GB monthly transfer

We hope that these upgrades will provide more room for you to grow within your existing accounts. Please note that we have adjusted the billing record for any client that was previously paying disk space overages based off of the old allocations.

Account Manager Enhancements

The details screen of the LexiConn Account Manager now displays additional information about the server your account is on. Specifically, the versions are now listed for PHP, Perl, and MySQL. This details screen is the default Account Management page you are brought to once logged in. The Account Manager is located at:

WordPress Upgraded to 2.3.2

The WordPress blog one click install from the LexiConn Account Manager has been upgraded to the latest 2.3.2 version. This version is a security and bugfix release. All new installs of WordPress through the Account Manager will be at this version.

If you are running a previously installed WordPress blog, you will need to manually upgrade to the latest version if so desired. If you would like LexiConn to perform the upgrade for you, please contact us, and we can assist you.
