LexiConn is pleased to announce that the Majordomo mailing list system has been customized to now allow the sending of HTML emails to a moderated list. This new feature can be used by logging into the Account Manager system, going to the Majordomo section, and selecting the “Post to moderated list” option.

It allows you to use the web based system to send out either a plain text email, an HTML email, or a combination of plain text and HTML. The combination works well because the recipient’s email program can decide which version to show. One other benefit to this new system is it displays a preview page, that will let you view how your newsletter will look before being sent out. This gives you the opportunity to go back and easily make changes before actually sending out your email.

To take advantage of these new features, you must post to your moderated list from the Account Manager. It will not work if you send an “Approved” email to your list.
