1.    From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.


 
2.    Find “WordPress SEO” and click Activate.



3.   The default settings should be sufficnet for most users.  If you would like to review or change any settings, click on the Settings link.



4.  A tutorial is available on the main settings screen.  This tutorial provides an overview of the plugin, its capabilities and limitations.




5.  Lastly, Yoast offers this “Definitive Guide to WordPress SEO”:
