You can add audio or video files to any of your pages, however you will need to consider the size of the files you are storing on your site and the bandwidth it will consume if multiple users access your audio or video files.

Video files can be very large if not compressed properly for the web, and can quickly fill up your account or use up your allocated monthly bandwidth.

Information on how much space or you are currently using or how much transfer you have used this month can be found by logging in to your account manager, clicking on the Utilities tab, then the "Check your account's disk space utilized" or "monthly transfers" link respectively.
