Your users are probably using Internet Explorer while you are likely using another browser, such as Firefox. Although Firefox generally displays the "padlock" icon next to the address bar indicating the security status of a site, unlike Internet Explorer, it does not generate a popup message alerting you that there are "unsecure items" on the page. Try visiting the same page using Internet Explorer and see if you receive the same warning your customers are receiving.
