LexiConn is pleased to announce the opening of the new state-of-the-art datacenter that will house all LexiConn servers. Currently operational, this new facility features two OC-3, and two DS-3 connections with UUnet and Genuity. The datacenter is fully switched with top quality components from Cisco Systems. The network utilizes the BGP4 protocol, which routes traffic over the most efficient route possible. The datacenter comes equipped with state-of-the-art smoke detection, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), fire suppression systems, and backup generators.

In order to minimize disruption of your service, we are providing you with advance notice of when your account will be moved to the new datacenter. On average, 2 to 3 hours of downtime can be expected to complete this transition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we strive to offer you only the highest level of service, performance, and technology.

Please note, your hosting service will not change in any way. Domain names, IP addresses, email, etc… will remain exactly they are now. The same servers you are currently hosted on are being moved to the new datacenter.

To find out when your web site / hosting account will be moved, you may enter your domain name at the web address listed below:

Please note that these moves are scheduled to start on August 6th and end on August 10th. All moves will begin at approximately 1 AM EDT to minimize the impact on your website.

Once the move is complete, LexiConn will be able to offer more redundant connections and an even higher level of reliability. If you have any questions about the upcoming move, please contact us.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to provide you with an even better hosting experience.

    Sincerely,
    - The LexiConn Team
