  • Open Outlook and select the File  tab at the top

  • Select Add Account

  • Account Information:

    1. Enter you full name


    2. Enter your email address


    3. Enter and confirm mailbox password


  • Select Manual Configuration:

    1. Select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types   radio button


    2. Click Next


  • Select the Internet Email   radio button then click Next

  • Mail Server Settings:

    1. Enter incoming and outgoing mailserver under Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server  (they will be the same)

    Click here to find your incoming mailserver


    2. Enter your mailbox username in the User Name field


    3. Enter your password in the Password field and check the Remember password checkbox


    4. Select the More Settings  button


  • Outgoing Server Authentication:

    1. Select the Outgoing Server  tab


    2. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication   checkbox


    3. Select the Use same settings as my incoming mail server   radio button


  • Configure Advanced Settings:

    1. Select the Advanced  tab


    2. Set the type of encrypted connection for the Incoming server to SSL


    3. Set the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 26


    4. Set the type of encrypted connection for the Outgoing server to TLS


    5. Click OK  then Next to complete the account setup
