  • Go to Settings
    on your Android device

  • Under Accounts
    click Add Account
    then select Email

  • Select Others
    on the
    Email account-type

  • Enter your
    email address
    and password
    then click the
    Manual setup

  • Select either POP3 or IMAP
    as the Account type

    1. POP3 accounts will download mail from your inbox on the server

    2. IMAP accounts try to synchronize mail in all of your mail folders with the server

  • 1. Enter your username:

    Enter only your POP box name, not your full email address as the username

    2. Enter your password:

    Enter only your POP box name, not your full email address as the username

    3. Enter your Mail Server:

    Click Here to look up your mail server.

    4. Select Security Type:

    Select SSL (Accept all certificates) as the Security type, and leave the Server port set to the default (995 for POP and 993 for IMAP)

  • 1. Outgoing Mail Server:

    Enter the same server you used as your incoming mail server

    2. Select Secure Connection:

    Select SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates) in the dropdown box

    3. Outgoing Port:

    Enter 26 as the outgoing (SMTP) port

    4. Require Sign-in:

    Check the Require sign-in checkbox

    5. Enter your username/password:

    Enter the same username and password you entered for the incoming mail server

  • Customize Your Account Settings

    Select how frequently you would like your device to synchronize, as well as notification settings for new messages

    Click Next to complete the accout setup
