To set up your Window Mail (Vista) to check your Lexiconn box

1. Click Start-->All Programs-->Windows Mail

2. If this is the first time that your Windows Mail has been run, the mail setup wizard will pop up, click Cancel, then "Yes"

3. If Windows Mail Import dialog box pops up, click "Cancel", then "Yes"

4. Click Tools-->Accounts...-->Add

5. Select E-mail Account and click "Next"

6. In the Display name box, type your name. This is the name that recipients will see when you send them an email message

7. Click Next and enter your full email address and click "Next". This will be the "reply to" email address for this account

8. Select "POP" as your "Incoming email server type" then enter your domain name for both the "Incoming mail server" and the "Outgoiong e-mail server name:", then check the box next to "Outgoing server requires authentication", then click "Next"

9. Enter your username and password for this account (do not include your domain name), then click "Next"

10. Check "Do not download my email at this time" then click "Finish"

11. In Windows Mail, click Tools-->Accounts; under mail, select the email account you just set up then click "Properties"

12. Click the Advanced tab then change the "Outgoing mail port" from 25 to 26. Also, make certain that both checkboxes next to "This server requires a secure connection" are unchecked

13. Click on the "Servers" tab and make sure that "My server requires authentication" is checked under "Outgoing Mail Server". Click on "Settings" and make sure the radio button next to "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.

14. Click "OK", then "Apply", then "OK", then "Close".
