If you have your own mail server (ie MS Exchange Server) to handle your E-Mail in-house, we will need to setup an MX record for your domain in our DNS servers to allow E-Mail to go directly to your mail server.

If you require this setup, please email us at mailroom.lexiconn.com with the IP# of the mail server and we will setup an MX record. Once setup, it can take up to 8 hours for this change to take effect on the Internet.

Note that having your own mail server is different than forwarding your email to a POP box or your ISP's POP box. If you need to forward all email to another email box/location, you can do this via the Account Manager.
